Pat is a former Radio City Music Hall Rockette and has been in the fitness industry for over 23 years. She credits her strong classical dance background with understanding the body and how to properly train it, particularly women. She is the creator of “Pat’s Pump”, a total body workout incorporating weights for strength training, lower body toning exercises, core strengthening exercises with the use of the stability ball and some plyometric cardio moves in a class setting. She has reached hundreds of women in the community through this program and feels great joy in the fact that she has influenced them to lead a healthy and fit life through exercise.
Pat is ACE (American Council on Exercise) certified as a Personal Trainer, AFAA certified as a Group Fitness Instructor, and Silver Sneaker certified as a ROM (Range of Motion) Instructor.
